On an average school day, students make many stops by convenient places for many reasons. Many of them eat food, buy drinks, fill their cars with gas, and more. After gathering the recordings from a poll, a vast majority of the students replied that they typically stop at a place after school rather than stopping before school begins. Most stops occur in the afternoons because school mornings are time-sensitive, and most students do not have much free time to be able to stop anywhere. This is a problem because most students are tired in the mornings and need coffee, but because of the long waits at stores like Starbucks, they do not have time to do so. But after school, there is more free time, and students are available to stop somewhere before heading home, to practice, etc.
If you want to stop by Starbucks before school but don’t want to risk the chance of getting caught in a long line, there are some tricks that students use to get out of this. Instead of placing your order in person at Starbucks, it will be more efficient to download the app and place your order online. Therefore, your order will be prepared ahead of time, and it will be a quick in-and-out. “In the morning, when I get Starbucks, I’ll place an order online when I leave the house so it will be ready when I get there,” First Year Jackie Katuska said.
