Stein vs. Donut
One defining moment for the Class of 2025 came during a junior-year Stinger Day— a highly anticipated day of fun and school spirit that brings together students and faculty in celebration. From dodgeball or basketball games to obstacle courses that challenge students and faculty alike, Stinger Day is a much-needed burst of fun that breaks up the school year in the best way. Amid the chaos of games and friendly competition, the spotlight turned to the iconic student government duo: Everett Rinaldi and Nicholas Stein. Under the leadership of a creative and spirited student government that year, the two pulled off a moment that would go down in class history. Rinaldi dangled a donut from a string while Stein, hands behind his back, attempted to eat it using only his mouth. The result was a hilarious spectacle that had the entire class erupting in laughter. It was silly yet unforgettable— demonstrating the humor and connection that defines the Class of 2025.
Game Over, Level Complete
Athletic senior nights were some of the most defining and unforgettable moments for the Class of 2025— whether you were on the field, in the stands, or cheering from the sidelines. For players, it was the culmination of years of hard work, and for fans, it was a chance to celebrate the people they’d watched grow. On the soccer field, the girls’ team dominated Clark Montessori 9-0, with seniors Reagan Licata, Lilly Necessary, Kira Njegovan, and Sammy Willard each scoring a goal. The boys followed with their own 9-0 win over Norwood, featuring two goals from Aryan Reddy and one from Rinaldi in an energetic night under the lights. Annie Katuska’s milestone of 600 career kills occurred during the volleyball team’s senior night against MVCA. Even in the pouring rain, the track team pulled off a win at their home meet. These events weren’t just about the scores or outcomes— they were about celebration and the kind of moments that make you realize how much these teams, and this class, have meant to each other.
Legendary Dance Battles
For the Class of 2025, school dances— Homecoming, Winter Formal, and Prom— have been more than just nights of celebration; they’ve been defining moments that brought the grade together and created lasting memories. These events marked milestones in high school life, where friendships formed and the dance floor became a stage for unforgettable moments. One of the most iconic traditions was the legendary dance battles between Spencer Klein and Nicholas Stein— full of energy, creativity, and even competition that lit up the room and became something that all members of the community looked forward to. And though Stein has now officially retired from the dance battles, the memories live on, reminding the Class of 2025 that sometimes the best moments come from putting yourself out there, having fun, and not taking life too seriously.
Double Trouble: 1K Club
Terrance Yarborough and Reagan Licata have not only made their mark on the court, but also left a lasting impact on the entire Class of 2025. Both athletes achieved the incredible milestone of scoring 1,000 career points— a testament to their talent, consistency, and hard work that goes beyond the stats. Their accomplishments earned them both the title of McDonald’s Players of the Week and even brought them on the local news, where they were recognized together for their success. Their dedication and achievements reflect on the entire senior class as whole: hardworking, supportive of one another, and pushing limits on and off the court.
Beyond the Books
The Challenge Project is the capstone of senior year— a culmination of passion and months of hard work. While it is a graduation requirement that every senior class has completed, each year brings its own unique set of voices and accomplishments worth celebrating. This year’s projects are no exception. Everett Rinaldi launched the Biracial Summer Reading Program, aimed at promoting representation within the English curriculum and making substantial systemic changes. Caleb Hamon explored and analyzed immigration stories through a thought-provoking podcast. Numerous seniors created impactful nonprofits and small businesses; others wrote or illustrated books for kids and adults alike, from Kate Gabriel’s family cookbook and Evie Ferguson’s educational Greek textbook. These projects reflect not just individual achievement, but also the collective creativity and work ethic of the Class of 2025.
